On the occasion of the launch of the Lomo’Instant Automat Glass Ema Ichikawa Edition, we are offering you a chance to win signed illustrations from Ema and the limited edition of the instant camera created in collaboration with her!
Our latest Lomo’Instant Automat Glass Camera is adorned with the exquisite artwork of Ema Ichikawa, a graduate of the Tohoku University of Art and Design. Inspired by the Rinpa school of art, Ema’s work is an homage to this timeless Japanese aesthetic tradition.
In line with this, we invite you to explore your creative side and the world around you and seek out scenes, patterns, and details that resonate with Rinpa’s aesthetic. Discover the hidden beauty in the seemingly mundane scenes of everyday life and transform them into dynamic works of art through your instant photographs.
◦ 1st prize: Lomo'Instant Automat Glass Ema Ichikawa Edition with a small signed copy of Ema’s drawing.
◦ 2nd prize: A copy of the camera design drawing with Ema’s signature.
◦ 3rd prize: Two small signed copies of Ema’s drawings.
Each participant may submit up to 10 photographs shot with an instant camera. This competition will run until June 7, 2024. Good luck!
