thank you @stereograph ! But I think I am getting issues with my scanner... See the dark vertical stripe on the left, it doesn't come from the camera nor the film. 👀

@mackiechartres what do you use? a flatbed scanner with a mask, or a photo scanner with a holder that you charge on the side ? I have the scond kind, a Plustek Optifilm, and I noticed this problem a few weeks ago, now it is getitng worse and it seems other users have the same problem. with no specific solution...

This shot is truly classic IMO. The scanner problem doesn't really impact the image. In any case, with film photography there are frequently quirks both great and small,to be expected I think. Sort of comes with the turf.

Thank you @b_e_purdy 👍 my scanning problem happens now every time i use it, after a dozen of frames. It seems like a common issue with plustek scanners, after a few years or month of intensive use, 2 years in my case.

I must return to this shot because I love it!

The scanner line is caused by a particle of dust on the lens of the scanner. It leaves a continuous line as it travels down the negative. It may be possible to take it apart and clean the lens. It's quite straightforward on my Epson but it is a simpler machine.
